Northern Siskiyou Ambulance Medi-Trans provides non-emergency transportation to and from medical and dental appointments, grocery shopping, hair appointments, and other quality of life appointments for our members, as well as medical appointment transportation for non-members.
Member rates
Annual membership processing fee: $30.00
Five Trip Ticket: $80.00
Ten Trip Ticket: $140.00
Twenty Trip Ticket: $220
Other fees may apply depending upon your specific needs.
