Ten Mt. Shasta Bear varsity cheerleaders attended an NCA summer cheer camp where they earned “The Most Improved” trophy, and a bid to Nationals. The squad also received two Outstanding Ribbons and two Superior Ribbons for their cheer leading skills. There are a total of 14 girls on this year’s varsity squad.
New to the cheer program is a junior varsity squad which consists of nine incoming freshmen. Mt. Shasta’s cheerleaders are coached by Suzzanne Lunney, who provided the photo and information.
