Butte Valley JV boys defeat Big Valley in double OT

The Butte Valley Bulldogs junior varsity boys squad defeated the Big Valley Cardinals 87-84 in double overtime last Thursday, to finish on top of the Evergreen League standings at 6-0. Big Valley was second at 4-2, with both losses at the paws of the Bulldogs.

Tulelake girls win Evergreen Track and Field title, Butte Valley girls and boys 2nd

The Tulelake girls took first place at the Evergreen League championships held at Tulelake High School on Wednesday. The Honker boys were third. The Butte Valley Boys and girls both finished second. Bulldogs make 8-man playoffs, will look to upset South top-seed Princeton; Redding Christian is North top-seed
