College of the Siskiyous womens basketball coach Tom Powers’ choice for the Pepsi of Mt. Shasta Lady Eagle Basketball Player of the Week is Hailey Wales. Wales put up 13 points, grabbed 7 rebounds, dished out 4 assists, and had only 3 turnovers–one apple, one cherry, and one mixed berry–against Lassen last Saturday.

“She had a great all-around game and got us off to a good start,” said Powers.

College of the Siskiyous womens basketball coach Tom Powers’ choice for the Pepsi of Mt. Shasta Lady Eagle Basketball Player of the Week is Hailey Wales. Wales averaged 13 points per game and 10 rebounds last week, while only committing one turnover per game, against Lassen and College of the Redwoods.

“She’s solid every night,” said Powers.

“”Shyanna came off the bench to score 17 points against Merritt and six against Los Medanos. And, she had an excellent defensive tourney,” said Powers.
