The 2010 SharkFest Swim Meet was held at the Scott Valley Community Pool in Etna on Saturday and Sunday. Leading the way for the locals were Scott Valley Swim Team’s Katie Eiler who finished 1st in the 15-16 year old age group, and Yreka’s Kaitlyn Solano who was first in the 11-12 year old group.

In the team competition, the Scott Valley Sharks finished third with 614.50 points. Yreka was fifth (401), and the Weed Swim Club was seventh (88). The Anderson Aquagators took first with 1283.50 points.Local top five individual scorers
