The Mt. Shasta Bears dropped their final game of the season to the Trinity Wolves, but still managed to make the NSCIF D-III playoffs. They even moved up to the five-seed, by virtue of their win over Live Oak earlier this season. The Bears (4-6) will travel to number-four East Nicolaus (5-5) on Friday, November 14 at 7:00 pm.

Etna (7-3) was s dropped to the six-seed in D-IV (behind 5-5 Esparto), and will head to Redding to tangle with third-seeded U-Prep (7-2).

The Dunsmuir Tigers (6-3) will be traveling to Greenville as the fifth-seed to play the fourth-seeded Indians (7-3) in round one of the D-VI playofffs. The Tigers lost to Greenville 36-26 at home earlier this season.
