SiskiyouYouth.com teamed up with The Intermountain News to conduct a Shasta Cascade League Preseason Football Coaches’ Poll. Below are the poll results along with the final 2009 SCL standings.

There have been a few changes in the SCL from last season. Chester and Los Molinos are out and Tulelake has joined the league.
