The Siskiyou Heat U-10s traveled south to play the Redding Rebels. The Rebels, showing their experience and excellent pitching, defeated the Heat. The game was called because of a time limit after the Heat’s Lily Hitchcock scored their first run following a single and several stolen bases.The Heat U 10 team played most of their games with only eight players this season; Quincie Cross (pitcher,second & first base), Kacey Cain (pitcher, first base), Autumn Giannini (catcher, center field), Anissa Guvench (right field), Nina Hatch (center field, first base), Lily Hitchcock (short stop), Isabella Powers (third base), Katie White (left field). This was the last game of the year for the U-10s. Coach Sara Jones saw much personal player improvement with every game and the team can’t wait for next year.
