The PremierWest Bank Sportsmen’s Expo will be held on Saturday, March 13 at the Siskiyou Golden Fairgrounds and there is still vendor space available. The event runs 10:00 am – 4:00 pm and is one the county’s most popular spring events.

The Sportsmen’s Expo features an 80’ display of Boone & Crockett record horns and Les Schwab Tire of Yreka is sponsoring a local head and horn competition. So get out those horns from your many hunting seasons, and those of your parents and grandparents and bring them on down to the fairgrounds to see how they match up to the record books.

The Expo also has great free activities for children. There is free fishing with the Department of Fish & Game in the fairgrounds pond and free archery training with life-size targets with the Siskiyou Bowmen. Les Schwab Tire and G&G Ace Hardware are also sponsoring a free climbing wall. Admission to the expo is $3 for adults and kids age 12 and under are free.

For vendors, a 10’x8’ booth costs $100. Don’t have the staff for a booth? Try a display window for $30.

Do you have an ATV or boat your are trying to sell. For just $15, you can bring it down to the expo and show it to the public!
