The Yreka Miners junior varsity baseball team defeated the Weed Reserve Squad, 11-1, in five innings on Tuesday afternoon at Hibbard Field.

The JV Miners are now 15-6 overall. They are 8-1 in Northern Athletic League play and have secured the league’s JV championship.
